hi

i need a bit help on my yousee subscription. i have tv tuner and dvbviewer in my HTPC. i can watch all channels i selected like DR, TV2, CNN etc. but not 1 channel CCTV4. i have called yousee and also checked this site http://www.dkscan.dk/TV/yousee_hovedstaden.htm both confirmed the channel should be at frequency 594mhz(where a few other channels co-sits). i then tried to search the frequency but got nothing. not a single channel.

its the only channel/frequency i have trouble with, and yousee tech cant help. any idea what could be wrong? thanks a lot and sorry to post it in english...

or anyone using dvbviewer and can find those channels at frequency 594mhz?

Have you tried Transedit from DVBViewers members section? Its good at finding channels that DVBViewer cannot.

I can confirm that CCTV4 is present on 594 MHz at least in the Copenhagen area.
All channels on 594 MHz are encrypted as they are not part of any of the YouSee standard packages. So a suitable subscription and a tuner with CAM and program card is required.
