I have a Panasonic TXL32C4B TV, that is coming from UK. On country selection at the beginning I have only UK and Ireland as an option. How to make the scan work in Denmark???? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Well, aren't there any free channels broadcasted? The TV also has a Freeview HD.
Integrated Tuners*: PAL-I, DVB-T, DVB-T/T2 (MPEG4-AVC [H.264])

We don't use any kind of anthena or else right now.... We will be buying a cable for Stofa TV these days.

Thanks for the reply!

You need an aerial (dansk antenne) to receive the equivalent of UK Freeview - the FTA channaels are  DR1, DR2, DR-K, DR-HD, DR-Ramasjang(for kids) and until January 2012 TV2  (+ a local DIY channel).  Close to Sweden and Germany a large aerial can fetch some extra FTA channels.
The Boxertv.dk is the terrestrial pay-tv provider. It will require a CI/CI+ slot in the TV set,  a CAM module and a card to watch.

It should be a roof-top aerial, but if you live closer to the transmitter  a loft or even an indoor aerial may  work.
This page can estimate the signal at your location  http://www.dr.dk/OmDR/Modtagelse/20091020090909.htm
Use the Indendørs/stue-antenne Tab. This will give you better info of the signal quality.

Your UK model TV set may sort the channels strangely or put them in the 800 range. Maybe Ireland should be selected as country.

Stofa is cable-TV and carry some analogue signals, but Denmark  uses the PAL-B/G standard and not PAL-I.

The digital signal in cable-TV is encoded with  DVB-C/MPEG-2/4   and this is  nothing like DVB-T/T2.   It you TV set doesn't have DVB-C support you will need a DVB-C/MPEG-4 STB from Stofa (or from a shop).
You will have to ask, but most likely the standard channels will be available as digital channels without a card.

Yes we do have FTA TV on the DVB-T net. DR1 + 2 ( like BBC 1 and 2), DR HD, Update (News), DR-K (Culture) DR Ramsjang (Children), and untill 1/1/12 TV2 (like ITV), at that time i will be replaced with TV2 Regional, an the mother channel will be Pay TV.
Your TV is not compatible with Stofa (Cable TV), so to use it on Cable, you will need a Cable Reciver, an external Reciver like the SKY Box or the Virgin media Tivo.
Once you have a contract with Stofa, there is a wide variety of channels that can be recived, around 50-55, and there is no need for a Smartcard (like a SKY card). There is allso a wide selection of other channels from Stofa, they however do need an extra subscription and a smartcard.

Do you need to know more, then please let us know.
